Looking for a garage that has spare parts for a 2005 Suzuki Alto

Need some repairs for my 2005 Suzuki Alto -- in particular, it needs a new (or rather... used but working) front right seat belt. Having a hard time finding a garage that has this in stock, though.

Any recommendations? I noticed Altos are quite common here, surely there must be some mechanics specializing in them?
