Are Hijets reliable?

Which Japanese mini truck would you advise someone to get? I have been thinking about getting a Daihatsu hijet but I have not still made up my mind. Are they good and reliable? And are there other options to consider.

When choosing a mini truck to go with, there are many things that you ant to keep in mind. The first would be to ask yourself where you would be using it mostly and what for. I mean, there are those that have excellent performance on off-road and those that excel more on paved roads. But Hijets are pretty impressive on both. Much like the Suzuki Carry. If I were to choose I would pick any of theese two mini trucks.
